Convert a Société Générale statement to Excel

The pitfalls of the PDF statement, and how they are handled
Long descriptions wrapped onto two lines
A transfer description wrapped onto two lines in the PDF becomes two spreadsheet rows when pasted. The extraction merges them back into a single transaction.
The statement runs over several pages
Copying page by page loses lines at each page break and duplicates the headers. The extraction reads the whole document and rebuilds a single, ordered list of transactions.

From a PDF, date, description and amount often land in a single cell, or shifted by one column. The output always separates date, description, debit, credit and balance.
