Every folder has its own address (slug+tag@reconcil8.com). Forward an e-mail to it: the attachments are read and the table comes back as a reply in the thread. Your colleagues see the reply like any other e-mail — and can forward it in turn.
From Outlook, Gmail, or a copier
Anything that can send an e-mail can use Reconcil8: a company mailbox, a phone, a scanner-copier that sends to an address. No connector, no OAuth authorisation, no workstation to configure.
Mailbox rules to automate
An auto-forward rule in your mailbox (by sender, by subject) is enough to create a flow: invoices from supplier X go to their folder on their own, and the table grows without anyone lifting a finger.

- The account’s verified senders. An unknown sender gets a reply inviting them to claim the address — never silence, never processing behind your back.
- Which attachment formats are accepted?
