Every processed document comes back with an Excel (.xlsx) and a CSV export. The property that changes everything: the column schema is stable — next month’s file has the same columns as today’s, in the same order. Your exports concatenate without rework.
Stable, versioned columns
Converters output different columns for every document. Here, the schema is a contract: it only changes when you change it, and changes are versioned. A pivot table built on January’s export still works in December.

- Can I choose and rename the columns?
- Yes — you set the schema once (columns, order, headings) and every subsequent document of the same type comes out in that format.
- Can amounts be used directly?
- Amounts come out as numbers (not text) and dates as dates: sums and sorts work without any reprocessing.
